"what kind of moral platform will sustain our kids, when their ordinary behaviour is deemed criminal?"

Not only a book on copyright legislation but about creative work evolution in the digital era and Internet economy.
From read only content to copyleft reuse, through hybrids and remixes.

I appreciated his balanced approach sometimes adopting the point of view of who asks for more restrictions, bringing many examples from real world recent scenarios.
Good references also coming from social sciences and past century history.

Some concepts contained in this book about law and the role of legislators should be part of everyone cultural background.

Only disappointment is that Lessig style is a bit verbose and repeats often concept already mentioned before.
