Boosting and relevant

I'm a fan of 37 Signals and the way they communicate. I started the paper version of Reworked and finished with the Audible one. It's a brilliant book to listen to.
The rythm is fast, and they are dead on the point. Each chapter nails a solution to a problem. Some of which you might be familiar with, other less, or not at all.
What I love is the tone. They are talking to you. Through well chosen examples, they illustrate they point in such a way that it applies to many different kinds of industries, not only web design or tech oriented jobs.
Freelancers will recognise issues and situations as well as employees of large corporations.
The tips and tricks are precious. Pick those that ring a bell and give them a through, or better, a try. You won't be disappointed.
