  I have to admit, I've fallen asleep a few times in the middle of reading it; sometimes because it was late at night and I was lying in bed, others because it really wasn't holding my interest. Couple that with the pretty depressing subject matter (basically everything you hear in the news about the worst situations in Africa, only in short story form), and it's been tough to get through. It's picking up mid-way through though.
