If this is a Young Adult book, I must be one. Near-future gloominess breaks through when Nailer, a young ship breaker, happens on the scavenge of his life and enters a world of adventure. I felt like reliving those pirate books I loved as a kid with an edgy, no holds-barred prose that appeals to kids of any age. Excellent!
