Grace, 17, loves the peace and tranquility of the woods behind her home. It is here during the cold winter months that she gets to see her wolf—the one with the yellow eyes. Grace is sure that he saved her from an attack by other wolves when she was nine. Over the ensuing years he has returned each season, watching her with those haunting eyes as if longing for something to happen. When a teen is killed by wolves, a hunting party decides to retaliate. Grace races through the woods and discovers a wounded boy shivering on her back porch. One look at his yellow eyes and she knows that this is her wolf in human form. Fate has finally brought Sam and Grace together, and as their love grows and intensifies, so does the reality of what awaits them. It is only a matter of time before the winter cold changes him back into a wolf, and this time he might stay that way forever.

Overall this book is a sweet book and the concept of the wolves is lovely. I also love the two different perspectives, Sam's and Grace's and the temperatures at the beginning of each chapter as they added some dramatic impact to the story especially when it began to get colder.
Though this book is good, it definitely isn't great and is lacking something in substance, especially with the plot which seems very similar the whole way through.
I also wanted to see more from two characters the mum( as I thought she brought a good perspective to the story as she appears to see things in a different wag to every one else) and Shelby who I was expecting to play a bigger role in the plot with some evio Victoria from twilight-esque plans.
Though it has many points I personally dislike I do suggest a read, but only if you like this kind of story.

It took me a while to get a lot of parts. Although it did have some good deep sentences, I thought it was just a bad werewolf love book. This was upsetting because reviews about this book were "It's not like just any other werewolf book" but it is. Only bad. I wouldn't give this book to anyone.
