  Ok, I cheated.
  I haven't read this story, and I dont have a copy of this (I suppose) very rare edition. I have downloaded an audio reading by the author of the unabridged story from neilgaiman.com, and listened to it many many times.
  So I thought it might count as a book reading anyway; I can recite whole bits by heart, after listening to it three times in a row.
