    I have read the chinese version of this book when I was in F6. I quiet like the ideas and photocopied the content. However, my life is not very complicated at that time and did not follow any ways in the book. Then I reread this book in Year 2001 and I find it useful.

    It suggests many practical ways for simplify your life. One may want to simplify ones life but don't know where to begin with. This book provides guidelines and ways for simplifying in different aspect.

    One may has different reasons for simplifying. However, the reasons why the author want to simplify are worth reading. First, she want her things to be small enough and few enough to manage. Second, to free herself from commitments and obligations that kept her form having time to do the things she really want and to live in harmony with the environment.
