  • Different but decent!

not my favorite books ever, but they do the job when I need a good read to kill time. I started watching the HBO series first, and have found that I like the shows a lot more. I do, however, enjoy the humor in each!!

Highly recreational and extremely easy to read (listen) for no native English speakers. You will smile a lot at the stupidity of Sookie and to all hers how gorgeous he is!!! I listened to the audio books and enjoyed noticing the differences from the TV series. Certainly it is not Dostoyevsky, but you do not expect it to be. ;0)

  • I fell in love with this saga for no reason: I know they're not the best books I've ever read, but I like them, the story, the insane stupidity of the main character, Sookie - what kind of name is it?! - and the background - I love this not-France-but-almost-FrenchAmerican places!
