Very enjoyable

I so much enjoyed this book which I read in small bites over a long period of time that when I got at the end I was very sad. Writing style is great and takes you right on into those days. I loved it.

Once when Hemingway wrote in one of his stories that Gertrude Stein always knew what was good in a Cézanne, she looked at him and said, Hemingway, remarks are not literature.
