Murder, Adultery, and Regular Church Attendance
I spent a whole year researching this book. Belle is the uppity grandmother of Sissy LeBlanc and this is her story set in 1920. Women were agitating for the vote, prohibition had just come in, Wall Street was bombed, and Belle fell in love and broke all the rules.
