Ian Rankin's prose seems to be getting better and better, and so are his stories. Compelling and fascinating, even though the end seems to have been written in a haste - not comparable to the huge (and really good) build-up.

Grow up slowly... In the end you'll find the usual Rebus, despite the final part seems to hastly writen. Good Rankin, it worth 3/4 Stars. You'll meet Siobhan and know better Big Ger Cafferty.
