Another book where the whole is greater than the parts. At the start some of the simplistic political rhetoric is irritating and many of the amazon reviews seem not to have got past the Rosenbergs innocence or guilt and the reviewers stance on the war against communism in appraising the book.

Another book where the whole is greater than the parts. At the start some of the simplistic political rhetoric is irritating and many of the amazon reviews seem not to have got past the Rosenbergs innocence or guilt and the reviewers stance on the war against communism in appraising the book.
However if you can see the interwoven texts as Daniel trying on different voices while struggling to understand the reasons for his parents execution the book really works as a whole.
