  Great novel! If you love thriller you'd love this book. I want to learn Italian after reading the book....hehehe... just in case I need to hide from CIA, or Russian, Israeli, Chinese, Saudi assassins.

I found this just as good if not better than some of the previous titles. In contrast to a review on amazon.co.uk I actually really loved the Italian aspect of the novel, but then I am learning Italian.

• Christmas gift from an exgirlfriend. Could not have asked for a better gift at the time. The Broker is the tale of a talented and resourceful man who has to start life anew in a foreign country where he doesn't speak the language. Can he rise back to the top?

  I didn't expect it to be, but this became one of my favorite books by Grisham. It could have been that I've been dumped in a foreign country and expected to learn a second language much like the main character of this story. Grisham does a great job of describing the experience and gives you a nice tour of Italy in the process. Its always nice when Grisham changes things up and leaves the courtroom as well.
