I returned and returned to this book whenever I want to bake a butter cake because most of them are so awesome! The only cake I've baked and feel not satisfied is the Down Home Mayonnaise Cake, which doesn't suit my taste preference. I'm going to try baking the Chiffon cake next week!
For the frosting/icing/buttercream, I've tried Crème Ivoire, sour cream ganache, etc.
