This is a very sad tale about a family's destruction. Everyone dies, which is disappointing since some of the characters were quite good. Unfortunately it is over dramatized with borrowed story lines from Shakespeare. The main character, Turin, didn't have much depth either. His bad temper, stubbornness, and rash decisions brought about his ruin so it was hard to feel sorry for him. It's entertaining, but don't expect anything ground breaking.
