I remember reading these books as a child on cold days with a fire blazing and a cup of tea by my side. My favorite has to be The Silver Chair. I remember reading these books as a child on cold days with a fire blazing and a cup of tea by my side. My favorite has to be The Silver Chair. I related so strongly to Jill Pole that it seemed strange sometimes. She would say exactly what I was thinking. I still watch the 1980s BBC verions even though the special effects are dated. These stories must have been thrilling to listen to on BBC radio during WWII.
