  The Darkest Evening of the Year

  I liked the portrayal of the dogs and I liked the portrayals of the villains. I enjoyed this book all the way up to the deus ex machina ending which was too much of a cop out for me.

  This book was a realling "interesting" read. I love the dog theme but some of the story line was just F'd up.   Pay Attention Dog Lovers!

  This is not the Dean Koontz I was introduced to in False Memory. This was a totally enjoyable read. It was gripping - I simply could not put it down. And, as a bonus, the dogs were endearing. Loved it!
