This is one of Stephen King's books that was a real joy to read. The movie was good, but the tv series was somewhat of a bore. Screenwriters have a habit when it comes to King to take the title, the character and location names (and some them can't get that right) and run away with their own story. So if you saw the movie I definitely reccomend you read the book!
