I really enjoy this book. For whatever reason, the most ridiculous parts of this book (a baby climbing an elevator shaft using her teeth) amuse me instead of annoy me as they do in some of the other books.

I finished The Ersatz Elevator on the way into work this morning (bless the tube strike). I thought it didn't seem quite horrid enough, the large apartment seemed a bit too cushy, but I did really like the horrid dark, and the trips down the elevator shaft, and overall enjoyed it quite a bit.
