In case you have not noticed, there is not much you can achieve completely on your own (apart from posting a review on the books you have read). Lencioni makes his readers aware of that by telling a parable, which makes the challenges of teamwork visible in a very vivid manner. After the parable, he describes a model of five teamwork frustrations and how to actively combat them.
