Migliore rispetto al primo romanzo ma si poteva fare ancora meglio
Il romanzo riprende esattamente da dove terminava The Colour of Magic e conclude le vicende di Rincewind, Twoflower ed il fidato Luggage.La storia è più lineare ma comunque avvincente. Tanti colpi di scena, comicità a palate e vengono introdotti nuovi personaggi.

The first Terry Pratchett novel I've read and I liked it. Since I haven't read the previous discworld novel it took me a little while to get used to the writing style and characters but once I got into it I enjoyed it till the end.

I usually thik of this book as The Colour of Magic - Part two, but I must say that even if storywise it kinda is, Pratchett style is already evolving, leaving the parody to build the foundation of the actual discworld.
Not one of my favourite ones (none of Rincewind's book is), but still nice.
