I enjoyed reading the fourth novel by LKH pretty much, even if I think it to be a little less balanced than “Circus of the Damned” (the best so far, in my opinion). I'm still enjoying this series. I enjoy the local St. Louis references. Being familiar with the actual real-life settings of many of the scenes in the book really helps to make them all the more vivid.
