Follow the adventures of a young boy named Tip as he escaped the servitude of the mean old witch, Mombi, and runs away with his newly created magical companion, Jack Pumpkinhead. Along the way, they meet the Sawhorse and follow the legendary Yellow Brick Road to the Emerald City ... now ruled by King Scarecrow!

But when Jinjur overthrows King Scarecrow and Mombi returns, Tip and his friends have more trouble than they can deal with! They must enlist the aid of Glinda, the Good Witch, to try and set things right in Oz once again!
