I much appreciated the fine points in distinguishing this and that subtlety in evolutionary theory. But point is, all the so-called explanations for the evolution of morality are far fetched. Perfectly possible, yes, but speculative to the point of uselessness, at least in my eyes.
I'll read a book on this topic again when the theory is more rounded up
