I am well into the third part of this book and I find it very informative about the actual digestive process. About the diet... nothing that a common sense person could figure out by himself... that is probably the reason why the paleolithic men figured it out so quickly.

I am well into the third part of this book and I find it very informative about the actual digestive process. About the diet... nothing that a common sense person could figure out by himself... that is probably the reason why the paleolithic men figured it out so quickly.
OK. Finished it and still think that is a pretty good descripiton on how the digestive system works, and very nice explanations about why some rare illneses appear apparently out of the blue.
