One of the best parts about being a kid - getting to read "The Phantom Tollbooth" for the first time! Who could imagine that a book about a bored boy could lead to such fantastic adventures? I reread this book to my wife this past year, and it is just as magical now as when I was a little boy. Deliciously absurd tale about a boy named Milo and the adventure that teaches him about the value of knowledge.
