There are the patients, the psychiatrists, the staff and the 'ordinary' person in the street - all mad, by all accounts! The author presents the facts for the case that doctors are as mad as the patients they treat. Though some aspects are a bit distasteful, the language is excellent and the stories brilliantly conceived.
