Oh I love this book! Perfect for a person who dreams to go to Le Cordon Bleu. But after reading it, it confirms that I can do no more than a dessert chef. Cutting of rabbit's head or cooking blood sauce's definitely not my favorite thing to do.

Love it but i don't want to process any animals... cooking school is out of question for sure!
