I loved "The Notebook" and I was excited to see the next chapter of Noah and Allie's lives- and their children.
It was a very wonderful and romantic story, with real feeling and oddly, a similar timeline to the one of my own family (my parent's 29th anniversary a few months from our own wedding).

Probably the most romantic book I've ever read - maybe too much so. 56 yr old guy realizes that his marriage has gone a little stale. He spends a year "courting" his wife again, culminating in the most unbelievable romantic gesture ever. Every married woman's ultimate dream....Continua
By the time I've got to this book, I've grown pretty tired of Nicholas Spark's antiques. The plots generally go like this: isolation/absence of purpose, then passion and elation, then death or something else depressing.
As if I don't get enough of this drama in real life....Continua
