  The book is not a fun read, in a traditional sense. It makes you feel frustrated and worried as you find the three siblings fighting against the persistent Captain Olaf. However, as the narrator aptly put at the end of the story, the moral is to appreciate the fact that we have the support from our loved ones, and in the case of the siblings, the lesson is that they should appreciate each other.

  This lesson may seem trivial, however, it is so true. As we confront the harsh reality every moment, we may not be able to solve our problems and everything won't just turn out okay easily, all we can do is to appreciate our loved ones.
