  Really interesting and serious books against zombie attacks, it explains how to prepare yourself and your house to face and survive a zombie. Now I'm perfectly documented and able to defend myself (and sometime I had to tell myself it wasn't true =P).

  A joke, indeed, but one of the scariest.
  Brooks has written a manual with precise and clear explanations that gets the reader to feel his survival instinct coming back to life.
  For every zombie-nerd out there, this is a must have.

  Brooks explores all the possibilities, all the metods of defence, of attack, and he's so accurate that everything seems absolutely real.

  If it was not for the zombies you would be sure it was a completely serious book.
  Or maybe it is. Maybe we really should follow its advices, buy a few weapons, stock emergency food, make sure we can destroy the stairs in our home at a few minutes notice. With the convinced way Brook is describing everything is not so difficult falling for it.

• the concept of the book is great but after 150 pages the manual for surviving the undead becomes a bore.
