orhan pamuk's writing is charismatic. everytime finding his book, i cannot help picking it up and start reading. the world he creates with his word is always picturistic and charming, one can feel oneself almost walking, smelling, feeling istanbul.
yet this is not the only book of his i cannot finish reading. the fault is mine. orhan's writing is rich, intricate and slow flow, i however do not have the patience after a while to indulge myself in the slow motion world.
