Excellent book. Very unique look at suicide and its causes, effects, and repercussions. Don't pass it by because you think you'd get depressed. You'd seriously be missing out.</p><p>Even better the second time around. Ought to be required reading in High School.

- who is Clay, apart from the main character and the good guy?
- who is Hannah, afterall?
- ARE THEIR PARENTS HUMAN?
- i actually thought about rating the book 4 stars... then I read that, by the time he wrote the story, J.Asher had already turned 30. a teenage story by a non-teenage author

I really enjoyed the book. While I was reading, I wanted to know more about Hannah and Clay; more about the characters, the reasons, and I've found myself expecting the next tape.
