When I re-read this book, I keep wondering: Am I sure I really read this book before? I can hardly recall any essence of this book.
What is very important here is the part on meditation:
Concentration is the ability to rest the mind in a single object of awareness.
Mindfulness is the ability to shift attention to a succession of objects of awareness.
Concentration is used to break the spatial dellution, that, here is the body, and here is the thoughts take place, and "I" am inside here.
