  • Robin Cook’s writing is as horrible as the hygiene problem in slaughterhouses. It’s a waste of paper printing this book.

  • an awesome book!

This was the first book I've read that was written by Robin Cook. Our broadcasting coach, Mrs. Merelyn Aranas gave me this book and told me that after I read it, she is sure that I would be looking for more of his books- and she was right! Until now, I keep on looking for more books by Robin Cook. ... (continue)

    About Toxin:
This book is about a doctor who ate with his daughter in a hamburger chain. His daughter complained of a pinkish stuff in her patty but the doctor didn't mind it. But after weeks of stomach aches, his daughter died. The doctor did everything he could to find out what had caused his daughter's death and ended up losing everything he has- his reputation, his good name, his job and even his identity.

The doctor worked undercover at the burger factory and found out that diseased cows were used to make the patties added to the burger. This book will make you wish you had never eaten a burger before!
