The book in itself is fairly good without any «excellecies», but it can greatly motivate your enthusiasm in running. Truly inspirational. Before reading this I was maxing out at 12km for a run, a month later with no further training I went to 20km for a few runs, yesterday I finished my first 55km run.
Before reading this book I was an endurance enthusiast, now I fear I am becoming a marathon dependent.
To clarify however, this book in not just about running, it is much more and well worth a read for anybody looking for an uplifting tale of human accomplishments....Continua
