Un Crimen Dormido

Sent by her husband to find a suitable house, a young bride, Gwenda, finds what she thinks is the perfect choice ―a charming Victorian villa called Hillside. But strange events soon lead her to believe that the house is haunted. When she begins refurbishing the house, Gwenda discovers that tearing out a wall, putting in steps to the garden, or choosing new wallpaper for the nursery are actually restoring the house to an earlier appearance, one she couldn't possibly know about. Then she has a vision of a dead woman lying at the foot of the stairs. Certain she is losing her mind, she turns to Jane Marple for help.

Description in Spanish: Gwenda Reed, una joven recién casada, llega a Londres precediendo a su marido con la intención de comprar una vivienda donde iniciar su vida conyugal. Compra por fin la casa, pero al poco tiempo empieza a experimentar en ella sensaciones extrañas. Primero cree conocer la casa como si ya hubiera vivido en ella. Más adelante, empieza a tener visiones: ve el cuerpo tendido en el suelo de una mujer muerta, su rostro azulado…La habían estrangulado.

Preocupada y asustada por la situación, Gwenda conoce a Miss Marple, quien la escucha y empieza la investigación de un crimen que lleva dormido mucho tiempo.
