  Excellent book,a great combination of theory and practice.Azar found the golden-key for english books of all levels(there is also the red one for lower levels) and it's helpful for both Ts and Ss.Highly recommended for ESL Ts.Also you can check Practical English Usage (3rd Edition)/Michael Swan for more theory and The Practice of English Language Teaching.These three books are a must have for Ts.

• The grammar book that teachers and learners must have. This blue book is good for high-intermediates and advanced students. It also comes with an answer key and a workbook. Teachers could use this as supplement or basis for TOEFL and general grammar instructions.
