A page turner full of vivid color. Anyway I prefer the Tudors serie PG's books.

I found this slightly disturbing due to the relationships and the lengths people will go to to get what they want. But I enjoy novels based in past time periods and Philippa Gregory's descriptive writing is outstanding.
