Jim Butcher goes back to Harry Dresden's world, and invents even more issues for him to overcome. I'm actually wondering how can he keep escalating Harry's troubles now...
Anyway, a very interesting story, packed with uneasy alliances and knee-jerk decisions...
Slightly below average in my opinion.
Towards the end the way that Harry escapes from the bad guy reminds me too much of Dumbledore's response to why Harry (Potter) is protected from Prof. Quirrell in the Sorcerer's Stone: "Love, Harry. Love."..
It just isn't enough of an explanation for me.
Maybe it's just the white cover that puts me off.
I've been looking forward to this so much. I got it back in February and have been trying to hold off because then I'll have a mega wait for Small Favour.
