Written by three former consultants who helped coin many of the bull terms currently in use, this book analyzes the sources of bull and presents suggestions on how to cut them out. I personally am guilty of some of the problems discussed in the book (e.g. the overuse of terms like "xxx-driven" and "strategy", and the tendency to communicate with an anonymous voice), so I find the book highly relevant and useful.
I recommend this book to all people who need to make business communication, especially senior managers, whose every utterance carries great weight. However, because this is a hardback and is quite short, it might be best to borrow it from someone. :)...Continua
