慈濟醫院台北分院總務室營養組

  慈濟醫院台北分院的營養團隊包含營養師、廚師、組員及志工媽媽。

  營養師在院內主要負責的工作包含了病人菜單的設計、營養的評估、衛教以及社區民眾的營養推廣。

  廚師及組員則是營養師的最大後盾,他們將營養師的專業知識轉化成一道道可口的佳餚,並且滿足病人於食物質地與口味上的需求。

  至於志工媽媽則是我們製作菜餚上的最佳顧問,她們的愛心為每一道菜加上了媽媽的味道,讓每一道菜餚品嚐起來像讓味蕾在記憶之海中悠遊,讓人回味無窮。
