I was fooled first by the title then by the cover portraying a nice, Victorian looking library full of books. I usually do like books about books but I couldn't find a single element of interest in this one, nor any insight of a sort. There's not even a story to talk about. It drones on and on just about ... nothing. I keept reading because I wanted to make the most of my 12 euros or so and because I was waiting for some sort of turn or climax which never arrived. I wasted my time as well as my money and that's that.
The Perks of Being a Wallflower
Comparing this book to The Catcher in the Rye is like comparing a a 6-year-old's doodle to, say, Guernica by Picasso.
