I wasn't a big fan of this book. I think the conclusion was probably the best part.

This was one of the better books in the Pendergast series. You should read some of the previous books to understand some of the characters, but you could read it without any of the preceeding books.

This was an extremely well written book. It is definitely a graphic and violent book. Unlike others i didn't find this to be his best work, but that is probably because i didn't like the topic that much. I thought The Road and No Country For Old Men were better.

not quite as good as catcher in the rye, but entertaining for sure.

Great book. I enjoyed this more than Frankenstein. On a completely crazy sidenote, The same night i finished this book, i ended killing a bat that had gotten into my upstairs neighbors apartment. Who needs a wooden stake? One quick overhand smash with a tennis racket seemed to do the trick.
