晚上終於拿到這本書，有Routledge 的味道，心情都輕快起來，好想趕快讀完。
分成七個部份，分別是 I. introduction, II. social contexts and social structures, III. redistribution, recognition, and differential power, IV. the Freirean Legacy, V. the politics of practice and the recreation of theory, VI. social movements and pedagogic work, 最後是critical research methods for ctirical education.

3 themes of this book:
1. to explore the nature of the steering processes themselves, which include the activities of supra-national agencies in sponsoring particulur kinds of research, in commercialising research and in shaping and codifying education research to address key policy proirities.
