A must-have book -
Simply wicked. Interviews and diaries are interesting indeed, but the best of it - no doubts on that! - comes from stage's pics and props, which are absolutely amazing.
I love HPs movies and I did love this book. - — Dec 27, 2011 | Add your feedback

You must read the saga twice... -
...to find out that the second time you'll love it even more.
As it always happens with complex plots - and we can't deny that this is such a story - you need to re-read it all once you have finished in order to catch the hidden details JK Rowling has been putting in her books since the very first p ... (continue) - — Nov 25, 2011 | Add your feedback

Like a second part of the same amazing story -
I've always considered the first and the second HP as Part 1 & 2 of the same book.
If we think about it, there are little differences. "The Chamber of Secrets" gives us further details missing in the first book and helps us to have a complete and absolute clear idea of the world we've just been drag ... (continue) - — Dec 1, 2011 | Add your feedback

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

-
It is a kind of subtle transition between the first Harry Potters and the latest ones. The story slows down after the fast and quick succession of events we were used to in the first two books.

I don't know what to think about this book as I still don't know wether I liked it or not.
Let's be clear: it's not bad. But once I got to the last page I was left with the strong feeling that something in the plot was missing, slipping away any time the author tried to get to the core of it.

Let's be clear: it's not bad. But once I got to the last page I was left with the strong feeling that something in the plot was missing, slipping away any time the author tried to get to the core of it.
This is the story of an amazingly clever horse, Joey, and his journey through the Great World War. It is a story of friendship and love facing the evil, but in the end it tells us very little about them and I think this has nothing to do with book's target (teens). There are so many events and so many characters for just 190 pages. Maybe that's one of the reasons why in the end I was not fully involved in the story.
Joey meets many extraordinary people that we are supposed to love and miss as much as he does, but just as we start to know them the story moves forward and we leave them behind. It all goes too fast. I liked Emily, but I had just started to imagine Joey's life with her when the story jumped back to the front again. Maybe it would have been better to dig a bit more into each relationship. Just a few more pages.
The point of view is Joey's, a horse. Still, at some point this easily confuses with Albert's, so human Joey is. Maybe he is a bit too much, sometimes.
With a few more pages it'd have been a great story indeed. Not only for teens, but for adults too.
