「纖維」是人體無法消化之物。
「可溶纖維」是來餵養大腸中之益菌。讓他們幫助消化及免疫。
但「不可溶纖維」不但無用,還可能有害。
很另類之看法,作者言之有物,但文筆也未免太也絮叨了。

unlike other books on cancer that just repeats the standard stuff form AMA, ACS, this is the best book on cancer i have ever read. (i have read 4 so far)
it is quite technical yet still clear for an educated layman.
also tons of references.
