grazie a tutti per i consigli e i commenti. ho scoperto che alcuni libri sono LcClV solo in alcune stagioni o in ore precise. Ad esempio Seneca va preso prima delle 8:00 insieme al caffè, se no non fa effetto. credo sarà l'argomento della mia tesi di specializzazione
