A Classic -
I have read this a couple of times now, and it hasn't ceased to amaze me the imagination of this book. It's not perfectly written but the author has so much eagerness to tell the tale that one has a hard time to not enjoy the tale.

A Medieval Home Companion
I had read a part of this text in school but had to purchase the hard copy when I came across one in a used bookstore. It's a great way to see how medieval life was not to mention how hilarious some of it was. The chapter about getting rid of fleas makes me laugh every time!
