小弟之前介紹的好書In Defense of Food: An Eater’s Manifesto(〈我們到底要吃什麼?(上)〉和〈我們到底要吃什麼?(下)〉),上個月初正好出版了中譯本《食物無罪:揭穿營養學神話,找回吃的樂趣!》(曾育慧譯,平安文化出版)。
關於到底要吃什麼,該怎麼吃,在美國可是非常大的問題。在Amazon.com的百大暢銷書排行榜中,和吃的問題有關的書(非食譜),就多達九本(上個月曾有一度多達15本哦)!列一下書名,大家大致可一窺美國人的飲食文化到底出了什麼問題:
